Have tried a few different red light panels over the past couple years. I have to say, this is by far the best I've had in terms of quality, built and features. The touchscreen panel and remote interface makes it super easy to customize treatments for different needs. I've been using it for about 10-20 minutes everyday for the past couple weeks and I'm already feeling notable differences in my skin, joints and sleep health. Most notably in my lower back - it's aches and clicks a lot less now, a lot less stiff too. Definitely a lot better than some of the panels I've bought from Amazon in the past. Would definitely recommend this particular model to anyone who's looking for a tabletop panel.

I've had the Lumina Mini for almost a month now. This is a very sturdy panel! I got it to help with my persistent back pain, I do a session everyday after stretching my back and I do find that it my back muscles feel a lot more relaxed than when I do the stretches without it.

I checked with my doctor who told me that 15 minutes 5-6 times a week should help, and it did. I wish I found this sooner.
